Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking to recover the games that were installed on your console.

As long as you are signed into the account that originally purchased these games, you should be able to

install your games via the Ready to install section in your
Games and apps.

This can be done by Pressing the Xbox button to open the guide, then select
My games & apps > Games and then select the game title from
Ready to install.

If your games are not showing up, then you might be on the wrong Microsoft account. If you do not know what this account might be, I recommend that you check out the

Lost Account Solution wizard and see if this helps recover your account.

Hello, the services are a little down. So it´s possible to the people to get this kinda issue.

You may want to wait for the services to get back or you may want to:

>Hard reset your console.

>Factory reset your console.

>Delete your profile and then, downloading it again.

>Check if your external drive is disconnected.

>Check your internet connection.

>Check your Xbox one and Pc Catalog on:

https://account.xbox.com/en-us/MyGames?xr=socialtwistnav

Your 360 games are now just visible through the console itself.

If you're using the same Xbox Live account that purchase the games, the games will be available to install in "my game and app" on the "ready to install" section.

Make sure that you are connected to xbox live, and make sure that you can see the games in the "ready to install" section.

Try removing your account from your xbox and re downloading it, additionally you could attempt to put your xbox to offline and reconnect it to the internet, this should force a reconnection to the Xbox live servers.
