Games-On-Demand Punchcard

Hello,

I made a previous post for this but it was locked immediately..

I preordered both Monster Hunter World and Dragon Ball FighterZ but i'm only seeing credit for Monster Hunter for some reason.

Can someone please check out my account and figure out why i'm not getting credit for Dragon Ball?

I don't want to preorder any more games until I know i'm going to receive credit for them.

Pre-order PunchCard Mission Question

Hi TG Fireflex. To qualify for the Games on Demand punchcard, pre-orders must be made during the promotional offer period. Since this iteration of the Games on Demand punchcard began October 1, only purchases made after that date
will count.

Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. We see from another source that you made these purchases around the 26th. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not
when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected, as long as they were pre-orders. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Hello Ceiyne,

We do not add new titles to the Games on Demand punchcard once it is on your MyMissions page, so Attack on Titan 2 will not be added to this punchcard.

Yes. It's the Games on Demand punchcard. for punchcard offers you usually have to purhcase x amount of games before you receive the credits. For that offer, you have to preorder 3 of the eligible games.

If you preordered it before October 1, it would not be eligible for the games on demand punchcard.
