    Games On Demand Punchcard not updating


    Hi guys, I pre-ordered For Honor on 28/01/17, Ghost Recon Wildlands on 28/02/17 and Mass Effect Andromeda on 28/02/17 but my Games On Demand Pre-Order punchcard is only showing that I've only completed 1 out of the 3, can you look into this for me? Thanks.

    Hello,

    I pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins, Wolfenstein 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2, but my punchcard has not updated and it's been over a week. Could you please have this looked into and updated?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our data source for purchase information that caused your purchases to not be properly allocated towards this offer. We are currently addressing this issue, but since we can confirm your purchases,
    we'll move to adjust you manually. You should see the remaining two punches for your later purchases appear shortly! This should occur within the next day or two.
