    Games on Demand Punchcard! Missing preorders


    hi,

    I had preordered Cod Ww2, Battlefront 2 and NFS payback within the current punchcard window (after 1st Oct). The punchcard itself has only registered 2 of the preorders, however when scrolling through the list of games it recognises that I have actually
    preordered the 3 above games. I have been having a few problems with rewards lately and have been a member for some time, it appears to have been since the intro of MyVIP perks. Can the above please be investigated,

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. For Honor and Ghost Recon would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard, but not your VIP progress.

    Problem with My VIP and Punch Card

    In order to qualify, purchases have to be made during the offer period. Since 2 of your preorders took place before the games on demand punchcard started on October 1, they would not be eligible.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP.

    There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. Depending on when you preordered it, it would have either gone towards the last games on demand punchcard offer at the end of 2016, or the current games on demand punchcard offer that
    is still running. In order to receive the credits, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer.
    Sorry. Wrong jargon on my part. Hasn't shown up on my current punch card. I was planning on getting the other 2, but don't want to miss out on freebies.
