Thanks for confirming that South Park Fractured But Whole

was advertised with incorrect release date 30thMarch, however you have NOT answered any other queries and have forced me to make another post as you locked last one down!

My other 2games got released,as advertised,my 3rd game South Park Fractured But Whole didn't get released.

This impacts on both game and Rewards points availability

You've provided no release date,stating only 30thMarch is incorrect.

Shouldn't have been too difficult to add "The correct date is dd/mm/yy Apologies to all affected"

Had you done so(before locking post) I'd have no need to post again!

Having spent £150+ to qualify for this reward, the LEAST that I expect is a little courtesy trying to resolve it!

ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PROBLEM HAS AROSE DUE TO XBL REWARDS PROVIDING THE WRONG INFORMATION IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOT BOTHERING TO CORRECT IT WITHIN 30DAYS

My punchcard won't work but it says Ive pre ordered four games but it says I only have two out of three. Help would be appreciated!

Your Resident Evil purchase is not punching. As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.

 

If there is something I've discovered it's that 1) Xbox live rewards has communication issues and 2) xbox live rewards doesn't give a crap about you nor getting you the points you so rightfully deserve.

All in all this garbage burger group of employees should get fired.

 

They're still basing the release date for South Park on the one still shown on the Rewards site. So as support stated in your other thread, you should see the credits pending by April 3. Since the punchcard offer ends today, you won't actually see the punch
get added since your purchase took place less than 96 hours ago.

As stated in your previous post (Games On Demand Pre-Order Mission /Punchcard),

We have taken certain steps to award purchases of this game. If you do not see offer Credits pending by April 3rd, let us know with a new post, and we will investigate. The March 30th release date is currently incorrect.

As we will be rewarding by the third, knowing the actual release date is irrelevant for Rewarding, but the release date is listed on the product page (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/south-park-the-fractured-but-whole-pre-order/c2cl9g00wccr).
