    Already posted this last week and got no reply after I answered when I purchased. I preordered Monster Hunter, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5. I purchased Sea of Thieves on February 18, 2018. Could you please credit my account with the 15,000 points and gems

    Currently the only offer for preorders is the games on demand punchard. Neither of those games are eligible for that offer and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    Hello, i have recently preordered Far Cry 5 and Sea of Thieves, adding to my Monster Hunter World preorder, to get 3 for the month yet they haven't been updated on the Games on Demand page, i was wondering how long this should take and when the reward will
    be deposited to my account, thank you in advance.

    Thanks for all the information in your post. This goes a long way in helping us pinpoint where any issues may have occurred. In your case, we have found and identified an issue with your Sea of Thieves purchase, and will adjust your account manually for
    completion of the offer. It appears that there may have been an issue properly detecting this purchase due to the dual nature of the product as a play anywhere title. Since our program currently only Rewards purchases for the Xbox, this may have caused an
    issue properly detecting the purchase, and we are currently investigating with another team on why this occurred. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue. You should see the Credits appear shortly!

    In order to qualify for the games on demand punchcard, the games had to be preordered on or after October 1. Since they were preordered before the offer began, they were not eligible.

    For the Games on Demand Punchcard offer, you had to preorder 3 games in order to receive the credits. If NBA2k18 is the only game you preordered, you did not complete the offer.
