    Games on Demand preorder Punch Card problem


    Hi there,

    I have been making purchases to work towards the MyMission's rewards but they haven't been registering on the site. For example, I preordered 3 games for the Games on Demand preorder punch card but it doesn't show any ticks on the punch card.

    The games I pre-ordered were Titanfall 2, WatchDogs 2 and Final Fantasy XV (the Titanfall 2 order was made several days before it was released)

    The preorder should show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    You are registered as a New Zealand Rewards Member. Since your purchases were made in a regional currency that is not your registered regional currency (NZD), your purchases were not eligible for Rewards.
