Discus and support games on demand pre order punchcard in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pre ordered for honor and have not got the 15,000 rewards credits.     I pre ordered for honor and have not got the 15,000 rewards credits. Does it matter if i ordered the deluxe version of the game?

    Any help would be great

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
    4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

    There is no promotion to receive 15,000 for pre-ordering For Honor. There is a promotion which requires pre-ordering 3 eligible titles (including For Honor) to earn 15,000.

    Either way, in order to receive support you will want to re-post in the Support forum as the staff does not monitor the discussion forum.

    Once you re-post the staff will take 1-2 business days to reply. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST (no weekends)

    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.
