Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard Purchases/Points Not Registering

Hi,

I pre-ordered 3 of the eligible titles for the Pre-Order Punchcard, but have not received the reward points despite the fact that all 3 games are now out, and the most recent of which has been released for over 96 hours at this point. The 3 titles were WWE
2K17, Mafia 3 and Dead Rising 4. The Punchcard page only acknowledges the 1st two were preordered, but also only logs one 'punch', despite having pre-purchased all 3 directly from my Xbox.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

 

Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard Not Reflecting Pre-Order Purchases Correctly

I'm writing about the Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard promotion in MyMissions:

My punchcard correctly shows a pre-order of Monster Hunter: World, but my pre-order of Far Cry 5 is not reflecting properly. I bought the Far Cry 5 Gold Edition on March 6th (Order # 9919500176), but the punchcard does not show a purchase. I'm considering
pre-ordering another game, but I'm not going to do that until my account correctly shows the Far Cry 5 purchase.

I've had this happen before when I've purchased the gold version of a game vs the base version. Please update your system so that a purchase of any version of a game populates the punchcard. Thank you.

The Games on Demand page only tracks purchases of standard edition titles. Since your purchase of Dead Rising 4 was a Deluxe Edition purchase, it will not be tracked there. However, only the punch counter is relevant for Rewarding.

It looks like your purchases of WWE and Mafia 3 were processed early, and were listed as purchased before the offer period. We will adjust these purchases to award punches. You should see the changes shortly.
