Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard Issue

On the Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard it shows that "You Pre-Ordered" on 3 games yet it only shows I have 2 Punches. I checked my recent purchase history and it shows that I did not pre-order The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Special Edition which was the
3rd game the page said I preordered, I did Pre-Order Steep and it does not show I Pre-Ordered it. So that is why I am wondering why do I only have 2 Punches?

Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

That offer page is just to keep track of games you have already purchased. It will show "You-Preordered" if you own the game, even if you made the purchase before the offer, or even after release. Since your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, it was
not eligible for this offer, and therefore did not generate a punch.
