Games on Demand Pre-order Punch Time

To whom it may concern.

I have pre-ordered 3 games on the list from the Rewards Mission Games on Demand Pre-order Punch. Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands, Mass Effect Andromeda, and South Park: Fractured But Whole.

First, I am uncertain when the 'punches' get updated. It says I only have 1 punch, which may have been Ghost Recon Wildlands. Technically I should have 3 punches due to all 3 preorders.

Second, and this is my largest issue, the time frame for these preorders says from January 1st till March 31st. Now this is completely unfair to those who preordered South Park: Fractured But Whole since it was supposed to come out in December of 2016.
So those of us who preorder before for the release date of December 2016 are now supposedly ineligible for this preorder deal, meaning we would have to preorder 4 games this month instead of the required 3. Since the game got delayed till the end of this month,
we should not be punished for it.

Please make sure that for those of us that Pre-Ordered South Park: Fractured But Whole before its original release date are still eligible for this Rewards Mission. I know this has been an issue in the past and they have honored previous preorders.

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

 

Missing points for Assassin's Creed Origins Gold Edition

Since your Assassin's Creed purchase was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP. It awarded one punch on your Games on Demand punchcard, which requires three punches to complete.

 

Titles are only eligible during the promotional period. Also, I am pretty sure they Fractured But Whole was part of the pre-order promotion which ran from October 1st to December 31st (I can't quite recall, but I believe so since I also pre-ordered it).

Regarding your initial question, which support will also check out, the 1-2-3 at the top of that page changes color. So either Wildlands or Andromeda is not counting for some reason which rewards will have to check out. Keep in mind it takes 96 hours to
process so if either of those were purchased withing the last 4 days it may be too early to see it. However you will have to pre-order another game as Fractured But Whole will not count toward this promotion if purchased before January 1st (as stated in the
FAQ/Terms).

The staff however will review your account and reply to you here within the next 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pmPST.

Only purchases made within the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of South Park was made before the offer (which started in January), it was not eligible for the current Games on Demand. It takes us up to 96 hours to process new
activity, so your March 3rd purchase of Mass Effect was only punched this morning. That punch should now be populating on the 1 -2 - 3 punchcard at the top of the Games on Demand page.
