Games on Demand Pre Order Punch Card

Hi, I pre ordered 4 of the required tiles, but only seemed to get 1 punch on the card which resulted in me not getting the points.

if you could look into this and let me know a possible reason why, I would be grateful.

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

Pre_Order Info

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.

Hi daznst. Looks like your other pre-orders were made prior to October 1, which was the start date of the offer. Only purchases made during the offer period qualifies.
