Games on demand pre order punch card

I pre ordered skyrim se, watch dogs 2 and final fantasy 15 all within the specified dates and they have all released it clearly shows that on the my missions section but I only have 2 punched on the punch my pre order I should have earned 15000 rewards credits
is this an error or is it just being slow to update? thanks in advance

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

 

Pre_Order Info

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.
