Games on demand pre-order punch card Help!

Hi, for some reason I am not getting my 3rd punch card for this offer I have pre-ordered (and now mostly got) 10 out of the 12 games available, on the site it says for all 10 that I own "You pre-ordered" but only 2 punch cards have been unlocked.

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

Pre_Order Info

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.
