games on demand pre order punch card $ 15 promo issues

I pre ordered 4 games - Skyrim remastered - Final Fantasy XV - Dead Rising 4 - and resident evil 7 but I show that I only received credit for 2 games on my punch card and resident evil doesnt even show as being pre ordered in the xbox live rewards site
but show as you own this on the regular site . I pre ordered all the games before they were released so I should have been already credited the $ 15 promo since the promo states that the $ 15 will be issued within 4 days after you pre order 3 games witch I
have done and all are now released and the orders completed . so why have I not received my promotional credit yet ?

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

 

Pre_Order Info

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.

 

Resident Evil won't actually complete the punchcard until it is released in January.

If you preordered any of the games before the offer began on October 1, they won't count.

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.
