    Games on Demand Pre-Order card (tracker didnt track all 3 preorders, been week, said 96 hrs.)


    I preorder 3 games from list

    STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition - October 9th

    South Park™: The Fractured but Whole™ Gold Edition Pre-Order - October 10th

    The Sims™ 4 Deluxe Party Edition -October 10th

    I know you don't get the rewards credit until the last game releases. But FAQ said that it should at least update the tracker after 96 hours. The tracker has only given me credit for 2 of 3 games.

    Is there anyway someone can confirm that I should have credit for all 3 games.

    Hi acaraba2. It looks like your Battlefront 2 purchase did not get applied to the punchcard. We are making adjustments and you should see it updated by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience.

    If you preordered them on or after January 1, they would count as punches on your games on Demand punch card. The credits will not go out until 96 hours after all 3 games have been released

    Credits for the VIP offer should show as pending about 96 hours after the offer ends.

    Support will check into your preorders, but keep in mind that currently the only offer to receive credits is the games on demand punchcard. You need 3 eligible preorders and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

    Hello Zeromanex,

    The Games on Demand pre-order punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. We see that you have been correctly awarded a punch for your For Honor pre-order. The body of the page is just for displaying standard edition pre-orders, and is not the punchcard.

    As it states in our FAQ, pre-orders, in game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the bonus star offer. You have received the correct progress for your Rainbow Six purchase. Keep in mind that all activity
    takes up to 96 hours to be processed.
