Games on Demand Licenses

I actually bought games on demand for 1.300 € on Xbox One marketplace.

I have Access to that games for the rest of my life right? The License is valid until year 9999.

Is it possible that Microsoft remove something and im not able to download and use this games anymore, one day?

Although i bought them.

Im thinking about to buy all games on disc in future because i heard something like this.

Games on Demand with out gold

I cant play my on demand games on a new xbox offline. Cant license transfer because i dont have gold

 

I thought this was on games on demand?

due to THQ being bankrupt they had to sell there licenses for there games , therefore THQ had to remove some of there games on demand.

 

As long as you keep it downloaded, you should be able to use the content as long as you use the console. If you delete it, there is always a possibility that the game gets completely removed from the marketplace and you are not able to redownload it. With
digital licenses, there is always a possibility that something could change in the future and you may not have access to the content. You're purchasing a license to use the game, not the game itself. So you're bound to what rules they set for the content.

So i have to keep a save on an external HDD to make sure that i can use this game when i have a repaired/exchanged or new console. But the console has to sync the license with Xbox Live when i start the games.

When Microsoft removed the game from marketplace but i still have it on my external HDD and try to start the game: Will the sync be successfull and i can play or will i get the error message: "Do you own the Game or App" because Console cannot sync the license
with Xbox Live cause ist not on Xbox Live anymore.

You know that?

Since the One is still so new, I'm not exactly sure how it will work in the future if that were to happen. The games will still be attached to your account so you should still be able to access it. You just may not be able to redownload it.
