Games on Demand issue

I don't know if this is the right area for this but I'll give it a try.

I bought Alan Wake roughly around the start of April on Games on Demand, played a little of it ( then discovered the dlc and wanted to get that before finishing the game) so I let off finishing it till I bought the dlc (which I tend to delay for quite a
bit), ah, anyhow I just decided to finish it a bit later and deleted it from my hard drive tonight....now It's saying I have to pay money to download again. I am thinking I'm *** since I accidentally deleted the e-mail receipt the only thing I could look up
is my billing options to prove I bought it before.

Ah, I'm sorry if this is not in the right forum please move if not so, I just wanna know what I should do.

Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. The tracking on the Games on Demand page will list every title you have purchased, regardless of if it was a pre-order or not, and is not an accurate count for punches. Only the punch
counter at the top of the page reflects Rewarding. Therefore, only your purchase of Dead Rising and Final Fantasy have currently awarded punches. Regarding your purchase of Resident Evil, from our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive your punch for that purchase.

Games On Demand Issue.

I bought the disc version and had constant freezing problems.

I was using the shepards armour from mass effect 3 that was a bonus item for playing the mass effect demo,as soon as i got rid of it the freezing stopped.

On your consoles dashboard go to Settings>Account>Download History. Everything the gamertag has downloaded will be there. Redownload it from there.

Most likely the problem here is your hard drive.

try this. Download some demos or trials that take up the same amount or more hard drive space as your game. then while they are still installed try downloading the game again and it should hopefully work.
