Games on Demand 15,000 Credits is missing

Hi!

I was told to wait until Resident Evil 7 to be released to get last year game on demand 15,000 Cr

I waited for more than a week after its release. But still nothing. Please take look at this for me. Thanks!

The terms of the offer that expired on December 31st stated that if Resident Evil 7 was one of the pre-orders it would not be marked complete or deposited until up to 3 days after the game launches on January 23rd. If you completed the mission (including
RE7) and you do not see the rewards by January 27th, 2017 then you will want to re-post requesting it be looked in to.

The 15,000 credits is for purchasing a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7 (release date). Otherwise, there were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count towards
the games on demand punchcard offer which will award 15,000 credits if you purchase 2 other eligible preorders in order to complete the offer.
