Games on achievements list disappeared

I bought the digital copy of RDR on xbone, even though I had a disc. Now on the achievements list there are two copies listed, one with the correct achievements and one with 0/0. The big issue here is that all my achievements disappeared from xbox
one, can't view them on Xbox.com either. My gamerscore is intact. For a game to show back up on the achievements list I have to boot up the game again, and when I have a lot games that is gonna take a lot of work.

If I go to my true achievements account all the achievements show up fine, same if I log into my 360, games are only gone on the Xbone and xbox.com.

Lost Achievements

Hi,

I was browsing xbox.com when I realized that some of my games achievements disappeared. Also my Games Score has been altered: it was 65000+ now it's about 60000.

I identified a few games disappeared from my achievements game list so far: Mass Effect 3, Gears of War 2, Forza Motorsport 4.

Does anyone know what this could mean?

 

Account Disappeared

My account disappeared and I tried downloading it again but everything on it seems to have disappeared along with my gamer tag and achievements and even what the avatar looked like.

 

This could just be one of those bugs, Wait for the next update now that microsoft has seen it's an issue.

 

If you want to try re-downloading your account that may help for now.

 

Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.

 

I have tried to re-download my profile, hard reset etc...

Sorry to hear about the issue. I see you mention that you have already
power cycled your Xbox One console and removed your profile. The next step you'll want to try is to

factory reset your Xbox One using the 'keep my games and apps' option. If that still doesn't work, I would suggest reaching out to

phone support to see if they can assist with the issue.

If they are unable to assist and the issue persists, please let us know so we can look into things some more.
