games offline mode does not work

hello good morning the problem that I have is that I can not play the games that I have the console in offline mode and you're asking the user entry and re-ask this happened after the Last update as only can play offline and I azap installed console with
several games I'm not the only one to several same thing happens

All games stopworking upon signing in

Hello, my Xbox one is not functioning properly.

All games have ceased to work and will only work so long as no profile is signed in. Once a profile is signed in, the game stops working and freezes.

Turning the console off an on does not work.

Switching profiles does not work.

Rebooting the console does not work.

Switching to offline mode does not work.

All other apps and functionalities work.

All games including games on disk, games by subscription, and purchased downloaded games do not work.

This started at the beginning of yesterday.

Dark Souls keeps loging me out from live

Private chat does not cause the game to go into offline mode.

This could be an error in the system update. I'll send a Microsoft Bug report and see what they can do about it. I believe it's difficult to play Xbox 360 games in offline mode on the Xbox One due to it requiring Cloud access and so on, but you should be
able to play games offline if they are purchased by your gamertag, or if you have the disc. Try power cycling your console (push the glowing Xbox button for six seconds) and then hopefully you can restart it and try again to see if it works.
