Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. These are great questions. The Xbox services are supported in Italy. The console that was purchased in England can be used in Italy with a travel adapter. The game's supported languages are based on the
developer's decision to put that particular language in the game. We recommend contacting
Crystal Dynamics for that question. Be sure to let us know the results!

If your console is set to the region of Italy, purchases from the marketplace on your console should default your game language to Italian

Oh btw... until now it is not possible to set locale to Italy and language to English unfortunately.

i definetly don't understand why i jsut can choose from a restricted range of languages ...! i live in italy but am german speaking but i have no choice else then use italy as a region otherwise purchases on the store won't work! they just should allow to
use whatever language i want! but MS seems to love to restrict and force people in one direction ...!

Don't really know how to help you, but i just wanted to add that a similar issue happens to me in Italy. I have my "Italy" Locale setting but i usually keep "English" as Language setting and i'm able to play games in English.

With RedFaction this is not the case, the downloaded game comes (depending on my Locale, i presume) with Italian and Spanish languages only and, detecting an English dashboard, the game defaults to the spanish version.

So, i'm forced to set the Language to Italian and to play in Italian... it's my mothertongue so no big deal, but it annoys me having to change language setting when i change game and anyway i'd like to be able to play the "original" english version... dubbing
is not great here imho.
