they are just trying to start building up a bunch of bs hype to sell copies of a game that probably wont even be anything added but a few minor graphical improvements. Welcome to next gen, old gen games remade to sell over again...im done with all this

I for the completeion and re laese of BC. Even I think evoultion has part in life. I know better that we need some make belifth toescape this harsh world we lived in. And other side of the coin should understand that too.

 

instead of wanting old games to be remade and turned inside out to appeal to younger generations or in the style of newer games, essentially asking for an oversaturation of a popular genre, why not just want something new and completely different that respects
"old school" mechanics.

also, isn't a new oddworld coming out? or they remade one of them? i feel like i remember hearing about oddworld at E3 last year...

@ChainSmokingBob, Remember I said that the Dev can take there time... Time meaning tweak and tweak until it not only feel like the original but smell ever bit the signature, just with stunning visuals.

Road Rash for sure @Darth Swifty oh yeah with an NFS Rivals feel and look oh God that would be awesome.

@BootstrapGoblem This wasn't to build these game just for younger gamers to experience but to have a chance to see some of today's developers and gaming engines flex these games out like some of us who played them wished they could have looked or we'd chat
with the guys stating fantasies what it might look like on the next gen and some got left behind. So here to a forums subject to see if we could get some the classics or lift behind Game overhauled and done right in gaming engine and visual arts that we all
both the older and younger gamers can appreciate and be awed.

MDK was a game I loved but that was on Playstation only right.

Kings-field was another game I liked it was a sword game with a Doom feel. I love to see that one again.

I agree about KOTOR. It's a great enough game to warrant a remake

Silent Hill 1 & 2 - Scary game, horrifying controls. Better graphics and better controls would make this a much more enjoyable game. I'd definitely replay them. Silent Hill 3 and on are NOT worth a remake. They sucked.

Half Life 2 - Definitely good enough for a remake, although, even though it's a 10 year old game, it still looks pretty damn good.

Final Fantasy 6 - Why not? It's widely regarded as the best FF's ever made. Why not a remake??
