    Games occasionally FREEZE/crash! Why Xbox?


    Can u please find a solution to this? I love xbox one and everything BUT when playing Halo Master chief collection, Advanced Warefare, Madden 15 and sometimes TitanFall. Those are all my favorite games and I don't understand what the problem? could anyone
    help me fix this? All of my games are digitally in the xbox, only have 1 game, GTA 5 as disc... no problems with that. Is it the digital copy??

    Apps Crash and Game Occasionally Freezes

    Try Power cycling your console by pressing the Power Button and the Eject Button at the same up until the console turns off. Once console is fully powered off, unplug PSU from wall outlet and remove power cord from console. Plug back in everything after
    a minute and turn on console.

    • Clear persistent storage 3x

    Go to Settings > Select Disc & Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Select Clear Persistent Storage.

    It usually does the magic!

    If everything else failed. Have your console replace/repair.

    Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Although all computer electronics (consoles included) will crash from time to time this will lessen the amount that it happens.
