Games not working with correct graphics adapter

I have this problem too!

I can't record videos with the game bar on windows 10 but i have a amd radeon hd7000 series graphics adapter (i'm not sure what graphics adapter but i'm sure is a amd radeon hd7000 series graphics adapter because when i instaled the driver it said that)

The game works fine (minecraft 1.8 work at 130 fps) when i recording with action mirillis and fraps, (when i'm not recording, minecraft 1.8 work at 200 fps)

Lots of laptops contain 'Intel HD graphics' as their graphics adapter hardware, what matters is what type this graphics hardware is.

Note that these are part of the CPU, not a separate graphics chip.

Newer PCs have hardware encoders for video recording, if your system does not support this it won't be possible to 'force it'
