    Hello my xbox games stopped working on my pc it keeps on showing we couldnt sign you in to xbox live. i have a very good network, i have unistalled the xbox app and installed it again. and yet it is still not working

    log into each ones accounts that are set on the pc, open the xbox app, log out of the app and in with your account, download whichever games they want then log out of the app and back in with their account, do this for each kid and they can then play fine, game sharing is only available for console but this is the work around for pc and has worked this way for years.

    Close the Xbox app and open the Xbox Companion app, if you haven't installed it, download it from the Microsoft Store.

    Open the app and try to log in with your account on it and then open the Xbox app and see if that resolves the issue.

    Hello sam,

    I tried everything you said but still no change. I noticed that i cant sign in on the xbox app (sign in button not working) but my games are still showing. when i open the game i am prompted to sign in and when i sign in the error we couldnt sign you in to xbox live shows
