    I was told on Friday that I needed to restore my console because the feed was acting up, I specifically asked if it would effect the games that were purchased on MAIN BUYING PROFILE games that actually worked are still working perfectly fine, the Ready to
    install games are still listed even though the profile was banned, also had the games installed and in the Ready to install list from all my other profiles. I was told that resetting the console with the games would have no effect on the games. So taking the
    advice of the Customer Service Agent to fix the issue I have been having with my feed lately I Restored the Console WITH THE GA MES, when I tried to play any of the games installed none of them worked, (I am not just talking about the games that are attached
    to my main buying profile [Mod Removed-Personal Information] I am talking about not being able to play any games Installed and my Ready to Install list is EMPTY, it's not listing any games I purchased on any of my other profiles I have purchased
    games on.) I was taken to the Market Place to purchase the game again and there are no games on my Ready to Install List so to put it plainly there are 8 profies worth of games missing,. Every time I have reset the console with games every game has shown up
    in the Ready to install section or games that have been installed over 400 games for the XBOX ONE.

    How do I get my games that I have installed to play again/ Ready to play and the games that were in the Ready to Install list back again ?? (This issue is not just for the [Mod Removed-Personal Information] Profile the one that was banned
    for calling Customer Service for help, but has affected all of them.)

    It seems strange to me that I got SUSPENDED the first time on 04/20/2018 at 4:59pm the same day it happened and close to the same time that I talked to the Ranger and he said that he was going to take over my account and not to use it untill he EMAILED me
    with the results.(I got Suspended roughly 25 minutes after I Emailed to Ranger it seems suspesious )

    On May 05/21/2018 I emailed the Ranger, letting him know that I am still having the same issue with the games not working, he emailed me back the next day 5/22/2018 at around 05:34 - 06:15pm and lt me know he will lok into the account again for me since
    the first time he looked at downloading games when the real issue was getting the games to play or in some cases the games will send me to Microsoft Store to purchase games again. (it seems suspesious that I got Suspended around a hour and a half to two hours
    after I Just talked to the Ranger or is that just me ?)

    I WILL CONTINUE FIGHTING TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK ([Mod Removed-Personal Information]) FROM MICROSOFT SINCE IT WAS UNJUSTLY TAKEN FROM ME. THE MAJORITY OF THE GAMES I OWN ARE ON THIS PROFILE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PLAY ALL THE GAMES ON THE
    CONSOLE AND A COMPLETE READY TO INSTALL LIST UNTILL FRIDAY WHEN I WAS TOLD TO RESTORE THE CONSOLE WITH GAMES. (WHICH AS MENTIONED BEFORE I WAS TOLD BY THE AGENTS THAT IT WOULD NOT EFFECT BEING ABLE TO PLAY THE GAMES) IT REMOVED THE PROFILE AND I AM NOT ABLE
    TO DOWNLOAD IT OR PLAY THE GAMES NOW OR USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ANYTHING. I WAS WRONGED IN EVERY WAY. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MAIN PROFILE BACK THAT HAS $17,000 WORTH OF GAMES AND DLC ON IT. ALL TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE MISUNDERSTANDING BY ENFORCEMENT

    I AM HONESTLY AT THIS POINT TIRED OF BEING TREATED HORRIBLY BY MICROSOFT AND TO BE 100% HONEST. EVERYBODY HERE KNOWS THAT THE PROFILE THAT WAS BANNED WAS NOT DESERVED TO BE BANNED OR HAD AND REAL REASON TO BE BANNED. IHONESTLY BEING BANNED FOR JUST CONTACTING
    CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND HAVING ENCOFCEMENT TEAM THINK I AM JUST TRYING TO GET REFUNDS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TRIED TO DO IT EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET REFUNDS AND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GET THE GAMES TO WORK.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    There is nothing that anyone in the forums can do. If the account was banned and the appeal was upheld then the case is closed and any games and/apps/subscriptions on the account are lost.

    My personal opinion and what I do is buy a 12 month gold subscription from Amazon, Walmart etc whoever is cheaper. As for xbox live accounts, if both of you want gold live then u both need to pay. As for games just as normal you buy a game either in a store
    or on xbox live dashboard. The reason u need gold is to play multiplayer games, be able to use netflix, amazon, other apps but you still need to pay their subscription fee as well.

    You can also try xbox gold free for 1 month when you make a silver account on your xbox, at least thats how it used to be.

    From personal experience my connection does that only when it is overloaded, like while I am playing and my daughter is watching netflix. If the case isn't the same for you then you may want to contact your internet provider, they will be able to tell you
    if the problem is on their end or not.
