Games not updating on profile gaming list

Hi Hanx,

There's been a heavy increase in Xbox users due to people staying home with the recent Corona virus outbreak. Because of this there has been a strain placed on the Xbox servers so some things such as achievements and profile updates can be delayed. The Xbox
team knows about this and they're working on it.

If you've already done the hard reboot and that didn't help, the best thing to do is be patient and it should update in a day or two. I've experienced the same issue before myself and it took about that long for things to update. Hope that helps, happy gaming!

I have the the same problem with my games. My achievement list is partially not updating, when I play my games.

-Disconnecting and

reconnecting to the internet

-Resetting the router

-Resetting the Xbox and

-Redownloading the profile

didn't help.

The games are updated irregularly in the list. But not always and not all games. Why is that the case?

My games have achievements unlocked again so that must have been related to the server issues they were having earlier today.

The original problem still persists.

I see some tweets on August 11 that could be related to our problem (achievements and stats) but they responded the same day saying the issue was resolved when that clearly isn't the case for a lot of us.

I've seen tweets @XboxSupport that look similar to this, might be a known issue on server end guys
