    I’m trying to update a few games in my Xbox App on Windows 11 but it’s not doing anything when I click update all. I have automatic updates enabled. I tried disabling that and updating them manually. I tried seeing if I can update them in the Microsoft store app but they don’t show the updates in that. I tried restarting my PC, modem, and router. There are no Windows updates that I can see either. Is there anything else I can try to get my games to update? And Forza horizon 4 apparently updated yesterday so I don’t know why I can’t update games today.

    Is the Xbox PC app working on Windows 10 anymore?

    Derek, the last 4 digits of my OS are 2251. I have no new Windows 10 updates, only the Windows 11 upgrade. If the only way to get my games to download on the Xbox Desktop app is to upgrade to Windows 11, then I'm uninstalling it and switching to Steam fully.

    Xbox App, Xbox Companion App and XBox Game Bar are updated 5 minutes ago.

    The problem isn´t solved.

    Hi Josef,

    I'm using Windows 11 actually with the latest updates. I did through Windows restore, I restored the settings of a couple of days ago.

    It's not the Windows Update but Xbox App update,

    Every other Microsoft app works fine in the meantime.

    Please uninstall the Xbox app first from the system Settings app: https://www.minitool.com/news/delete-disable-xb...

    Open Windows 11 Settings.

    Click Apps & Features in the left menu.

    In the right area, click on the More (three vertical dots) option next to the target app and choose Uninstall.

    Wait patiently until the procedure finishes.

    Then reinstall the Xbox app here on this link:

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

    Once the reinstallation is complete. Please restart your PC device

    Next is to make sure your Windows, device drivers and gaming services are up to date.

    For Windows 11:

    Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

    On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

    On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

    Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

    Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.

    For Gaming Services app:

    Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

    Select Library.

    Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

    Once it's all done, try to check and install the game again.
