Games Not Triggering "Play Game" Challenges

Since the new month started, none of the challenges involving simply playing a game or multiple games have been registering at all. I have tried all the usual fixes (power cycles, memory reset/clearing, etc) and nothing has worked. I've currently played 10 games and the challenge to play 3 hasn't even triggered, not to mention the daily challenge to play a game every day, which has yet to be "completed" despite playing at least 2 game pass games daily. If this isn't fixed, the ultimate monthly achievement will be impossible, meaning this glitch will cost at least 2000 points, depending on the weekly challenges. So I suppose to put this in a question form, can you please freaking fix it? I know I'm not the first one to bring it up.

I'm already enjoying this game more then FM4. The physics are much improved and challenging. Drivatars make single player far more interesting and a challenge. The Xbox One controller's impulse triggers make you feel like you're more connected with the car.
It's amazing.

I think Mr X is triggered after you have unlocked all other challenges.

I don't know if what you are experiencing is an in-game flaw, but I can tell you, that if you miss a riddle that appears on screen, you can easy hit the start button and press the right bumper button (RB) until you get to the "Riddles" screen (it's the question
mark icon). Once there, you can use the right trigger (RT) and left trigger (LT) buttons to scroll to the area where you are currently at (or the area you want to see the riddles and challenges for). The riddle challenges are annotated with the "[ ]" symbol.

Sudden Adoption

I have done that already. It didn't work. And I have done all of the achievements correctly. The achievements in question are Quantum Squirrels and Rabbit One Zero. The tasks invoked in those can only trigger the game response for the challenges one time.
