Games not starting, or even registering I bought them after opting out preview program?

A few days ago, after my console returned to the usual update after leaving the Preview Program, several of my games wouldn't boot up; and say I need to either insert the disk (all digital), or make sure I'm signed into Xbox live. I am connected to Xbox
live, as I have checked my connection, and been able to play online games. When I checked the store, it wasn't even registering that I had ever bought the games. The error code 0x87de07d1 is showing up. These games are a mixture of ones I bought myself, and
ones I use through game share, which is working fine. I contacted support, who denied that I was sent to the last updated, calling it impossible - I wonder if he mistook that for a old update - and referred me to the preview program forums, which just show
group not found, as if I'm not in the program.

Preview Program Stole My Money, Can't Get Content

There is literally no difference between accessing content in the store or ready to download section. If you bought a game, you will be able to do both.

But as is the case currently with Preview members, our purchases are not registering to our accounts in the store.

AreUokay, I believe you should still be able to access the Preview forums even though you've opted out of the next build. If I'm not mistaken, you are still enrolled in the program, you just won't receive future updates. You are currently running a Preview
build, so that in itself should give you access to the forums.

I'm having the exact same problems as you: the store is not registering my purchases even though they show up in my purchase history, and I also cannot access the Preview forums.

 

Preview Program un-enrolling trouble

I too am getting this error. After opting out of the preview program I downloaded 2 updates. On around 350MB and another around 3.5GB. After downloading the update party chat, game invites and messages are not showing up as notifications. So I cannot join
any games when people send an invitation to play. Has anyone found a solution?

 

The preview program states that -

"Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on console enrolled in the latest preview update. This means..."

"Games purchased on a console running the preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running he latest preview update."

 

I have bought 2 games while I was in the Preview program thru the consoles' store(Digital Copies)... These purchases on the MS website from a computer shows a status of "In Process" They have my money!

I was tired of being in the preview program last week and now have reverted to the current PUBLIC NON preview build for the Xbox one... And I cannot play these games, I get the exact same message that the original poster stated.... The suggested answer
is no help at all... What we want to know is when will the games we spent real money be playable on the non preview build... This is very frustrating to not play new games that we spent money on...

It looks like you probably don't have very long to wait before the new dashboard gets released to all consoles if you have not already downloaded it.
