Games not showing up on 360

    My games are not showing up and unavailable to play when offline. I've tried moving games and my profile between my external and 360's hard drive. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    The preview forums are the best place for help and info with the preview program

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    If you get "group not found" reply back here and a staff member will look into it and give you access.

    In the mean time, the issue you described is a known one and being worked on.

    Xbox 360 games not showing up?

    Ever since I was added into the new update for Xbox I've no longer been able to download, they aren't showing up in my games and apps at all, my previous 360 games. Any help?

    If you purchase the game it justi asks you for a payment option but the balance is still 0 you must have a valid payment option

    Which doesn't affect the price of the game but is still required

    What if it doesn't? I am logged in, but the xbox 360 games are not showing up as downloadable from my account (greyed out). I own an xbox live account. I can download the xbox one title from my computer, but not the xbox 360. Either it is free or it
