games not showing up in library

Hi there Isaac, have you tried searching the game on the Xbox store through your Xbox One? You might need to manually search the game on the store, once you see it on the store it should say "install" but if it shows the price instead of "install" then it's
saying that the account doesn't have a digital license for the game, therefore, you might need to phone Microsoft support.

Since it's an add-on and not a separate game, it doesn't show up in the game library. It shows up in game.

Im having that problem right now. I just got internet back since we’ve been in quarantine and i go into mu full library because i wanted to re-install GTA V and play some online, and its not even there!!! And so i go to the store to see if i can install
it from there, but now its asking me in purchase it all again! And i still have the game pinned to home, if i ho to that, it brings me to the store to buy it again. I don’t want to have to purchase a game i’ve had for over a year. Ive tried power cycling,
unplugging, reconnecting to my internet, removing my account and adding it back onto my xbox, nothing works! Please help!!

Try to power cycle your console by holding the power button for a few seconds. If power cycle did not solve it, try to remove and add your account to your console.
