    Games not showing up as I own them + I cant install them.


    So my PC hard reset for an unknown reason about two months ago and today I wanted to play some Forza Horizon 4, which I bought in 2020. Because of the reset, the game was uninstalled. When I tried to go install it again today, it said that I needed to do it from the xbox app and then when I tried to do that it said that I needed to pay for it. Can anyone help?

    Kindly sign out both on Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store App then restart your PC before signing back in, Talkingben.

    Make sure that the game is also visible on your order history stated as "completed". To check sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    I've purchased rd2 on the Microsoft store on release and deleted it to make room recently. I've gone to download it back to play it and its telling me I dont own the product. I cant find any help on the website here or any proper contact information
    to get a hold of an xbox support member.
