Games not showing in ready to install list?

From reading a locked thread the solution for this is to perform a soft factory reset, but this issue was caused by me doing a soft factory reset. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does that only apply if you opt-in for the Xbox One Update Preview? Or is the issue present regardless?

Either hard rest the box or if you know what games you are looking for pop over to the xbox store and it should tell you that you can install it, might not be ideal but does mean you can at least install them again.

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. Then Log in you're account and go to you're games

I've had this issue myself with games not showing up at all in my Ready to Install list. If you know the game you want, the best thing to do to save time, that I do, is simply to search for the game in the Store. Once you pull it up in the Store, it will
recognize that you own it and will give you the option to Install directly from there.

I have been having this as well im a BETA insider and I just refresh the games & apps page in the guide that fixes it after a few times.
