    Games not Saving


    Everytime i reach a new area of the game and it saves automatically, you think the game is saved, i even go and save it again anyway to be sure, but when i come back to the game and load my last check point, its not where it saved it, it takes me back to
    some place before, why is it doing this, is anyone else having these problems? Can it be fixed?

    Dear HailedPie908776,

    It could be a few problems wrong with your situation. Fist of all there can be a problem with your hardrive and you might wonder replacing it.

    support.xbox.com/.../hard-drive

    Also If the games are XBOX originals that might be the problem. Lastly, you can try disconnecting your connection and connecting it back. And It might just be a temporary glitch or lag. I hope I helped you If I did in any way.

    Games not saving

    Games aren't saving properly. it says saved successfully during play but after shutting down the console and powering back on, the game loads new. happened with several games so i know it's not a specific game. i use a 4g hotspot for internet, tried
    setting the date/time correctly..nothing seems to work. what could be the issue here?

    If I remember correctly, it doesn't start you in the exact place you save it but instead the closest safe house from where you saved it. I may be wrong since it's been a few months since I played it. Is it saving your items and experience?

    ^^^^^ This is correct. You start off at the nearest safe house when you restart.

    I'm having the same problem, but is it with FIFA 14, I play my carrer and the console saves automatcally the progress, to be sure, I save to, but when i turn on the game again, it starts of the match that i already played... what is happening? Someone elsa
    knows what is it?

    Normally they save it to your hardrive but if there's a save opption on the game it self you should use it

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about the state of your saved games after you remove an game from your console.

    As stated by the other Xbox Forums Ambassadors on this thread, along with the
    Xbox One cloud game saves FAQ    , all your save data is automatically synced to the cloud storage as long as you are playing these games while connected to Xbox Live, and if you properly close your games after each session.

    This means that as long as you know the email and password that is associated with your account, you will always be able to sync your saved games where you go that is connected to Xbox Live.

    As there is no further information that we can provide to you on this matter, and in an effort to prevent repetitive answers, we will now be locking this thread.

    The cloud will update your saves once the the game is reinstalled as your saves are automatically saved there. I have also gone the legth of transfering my saves to an external media device (usb stick) just in case I dont have internet access or, heaven
    forbid, corrupted data problems.

    If you were connected to the internet after playing Tomb Raider your saves are already on the cloud and will stay there even if you delete the game. They will also be available if you install the game again, even on different consoles.
