    Games not recognising my x box gold live account


    I am having a problem whereby although I have gold live subscription, titanfall and plants v zombies doesnt recognise the account, titanfall a game I have played before keeps taking me to the "gold live sign up" screen, and PvZ says I have no account,
    not sure what to do!?

    xbox 360 and pc connection failure

    my pc and x box 360 are on the same wireless network, and I have a Microsoft account, but the x box is not connecting to my pc, nor recognising the account. Do I need Microsoft media centre to play x box live. I'm on windows 8.1, so do I have to buy that
    media centre separately? I am only 11 years old, so not sure about this

    I recently bought PUBG for X BOX ONE and by the way when I started the game there was window saying " you need a X BOX LIVE GOLD account to play" . But the box was marked " it was enough to have an account X BOX LIVE" that's all, no GOLD, so suddenly I do

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will help you out.

    Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

    To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

    I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

    In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

    Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

    Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.

    I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
    been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?

    The link that you have sent does not indicate any games for the x box 360... I am assuming that x box one games won't play on the 360... is that right?????
