Games not loading

My XBOX One S will not load any games. It will load apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), but games will begin to load and then it will kick me back to the dashboard after about 10 seconds. It does this with digital and physical copies of games. I have already completely
reset my console twice, left it unplugged overnight, signed out of my profile restarted it and signed back in, tried installing on internal and external storage, basically everything I’ve been able to find. Still no luck. I’ve seen plenty of people with this
issue, but no real solution. I appreciate any help.

Bump, anyone. This morning games off my internal storage wasn’t working, I did a hard reset and it fixed the problem, nut games off my external still doesn’t work. What’s going on here?

I didn't try reformatting, I almost have 1 terabyte filled up, yikes. If I did do that would I lose all my saved file games?

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. If you have not already done this, Go ahead and take a look at the "My Xbox One game won't start
or freezes during gameplay." Follow it step by step this should resolve the issue. Of course if your games still won't launch, Then I would suggest reaching out to
Xbox Customer Support by requesting to chat or talk to an agent for more assistance.

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put
your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

 

Are you getting any type of error and are these digital games?

 

I got error code 0x8027025a on a digital game once saying that the game took too long to load. But I have tried physical and digital games.

power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note: before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.

 

Delete your profile and do a power reset and then lig back in it will fix it!!

 

Have done a full reset (reset games too) twice and still didnt work.

 

Try also power-cycling your console.

Thanks for reaching out. If you haven't already, I want you to try launching one of your games offline. Games sometimes fail to launch when there are connectivity issues. If the game manages to launch without crashing, try running a

connection test by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

Update: took it to the Microsoft Store, they said that they’ve seen 3 of the same issue this week. My warranty was up on 10/10, but they exchanged it because it was so close. They were out of 500GB, but exchanged it for a 1TB.
