Games not loading.

Can anyone help me with this issue. Within the last week, Metal Gear Solid 5 had an update, and i purchased the download for Nascar Heat 2. After Nascar finished installing, i tried to play it and it keeps freezing once i try to load a race. Now, Metal
Gear will not load. As soon as it gets past the main screen it goes to the load screen and stops. Its not completely frozen because i can still cycle through the tips on that screen. The games just will not load. Can anyone let me know what the heck happened
and why this is going on? I dont know if i got a bad download maybe, or the update for MG was bad and is messing everything up.

Thanks for your help. Getting a repair request filled out now. Fortunately, this happened a month BEFORE warranty ended, and not after.

Try turning your Xbox completely off and unplugging it for a few minutes, then turn it back on and see if the problem persists. Did you install them on an external hard drive? If so try moving them to the internal drive, or vise versa if you installed on
the internal drive. It's strange that it just never loads but also doesn't freeze. Sounds like a hard drive problem to me, so try a few other games just to make sure. If other games work fine, try reinstalling MGS5 and Nascar.

 

ive tried several of these and nothing is even working. I uninstalled nascar because thats when the problem started after i bought that on the market place. Metal Gear still will not play. The disk is not damaged, i checked. Its strange, i can cycle
through those tips like its not all the way froze up, but it will not load. Im clueless on whats causing this.

 

Other games are working. I tried arkham knight and halo and both loaded up fine. Just these two are not wanting to work. It started after i bought nascar. Im trying to reinstall that first, because MG is 30 Gig install and it will take forever for
that to reinstall. If i can fix the issue without doing that, ill be very happy. Only other option i can try is deleting the saved material, and restarting the game fresh, which again, i dont want to do lol MG is a huge game and ive already done so much
on it and dont want to start again.

 

I doubt that deleting the saved data will do any good. Report back on Nascar when it's done reinstalling and if it's working, reinstall MGSV. I know it's a hassle, but it might be necessary.
