Games not loading to play

My Xbox support status says all systems are up and running and the WiFi connection also says it’s working, but when we try to play games they will not load…how can I fix this, or do I have to do a factory reset on the console?

When you press the a button on the game, it shows the game's logo and then it cuts back to the xbox home screen.

Could you give us an example of what "load" and "play" mean?

When you say the game is loading but not playing, do you mean that the game is stuck on the start screen?
