    Games not loading plus 100% packet loss


    Have been having problems with my Xbox One for a few days now. Bought some older games 4-5 days ago and installed them, but they required major updates (one is still going). Also, bought the digital version of COD Infinity War. Now, I don't seem to be
    able to play any games -they crash at the loading screen and come up with a 0x8027025a error code.

    I've tried clearing some space on my HD, but I already had about 200gb spare anyway. I've done a power cycle. Another fix I read was to remove the game and reinstall, but due to the amount of updates, I'm a bit hesistant to do this. Is there any other
    way to fix this??

    Also, I now seem to be getting 100% packet loss in my network settings. Sometimes I try to go into the newtowrk settings to check speeds etc. and this is also crashing and coming up with an error code (which I forgot to make a note of).

    100% Packet Loss

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    Is it possible to get packet loss that exceeds 100%?

    100% packet loss is the maximum that is possible. However, occasionally it is possible that there may be a bug causing the packet loss to appear more than 100%, but this is uncommon. The maximum is 100%.

    You would not have any connection to the internet, let alone XBLive, if packet loss is 100%. Connection relies on the ability of packets, information data blocks, for lack of a better term, to recognise and acknowledge the data has been sent and received
    correctly, ie no corruption.

    Edit.. Data showing 100% packet loss has to be a result of local internal corruption of the processors, and would require a restart.

    Some have indicated they have 100% packet loss but games are playing, indicating the packet loss % may be incorrect. Who knows, same thing here but unable to log into live. Merry Christmas!!!
