    Games not loading or starting up when launch them on the Xbox one


    I am on the Xbox one preview programme and for some reason since last month my Xbox one has been experiencing a lot of problems ETC last month my Xbox one would not connect to Xbox live and this month my Xbox one will not load up any of my games not even
    load them up it would just stay on Xbox one dashboard. Is this happening because I am on the preview programme or is there a problem with my Xbox one??

    Non off my games load

    Non of my xbox one games get past the loading stage of starting up, but when I play my backwards compatible games, everything is fine. Please help this is extremely frustrating

    Fallout 3 DLC not working

    I don't think those will show until you play the first part of the game and leave the starting Vault. Radio signals will then be picked up and the quests will be added. The menu in game isn't used to launch any content as none of the DLC is stand alone,
    but you should see a pop up that says "Loading Extra Content" when starting the game each time.

    The Xbox one new experience is not fully stable as its still being tested. Please report any issues or bugs you have found with the new experience and post it here,

    The new Xbox one dashboard that is a lot more stable will be released on 11/11/2015 this should fix all the problems you are having with the dashboard.

    Games wont load

    It is with physical games I have checked the discs and there are no damage on them at all. I launch the game and it goes into the game and starts to load the games but it just stays on that initial start up screen.

    Cannot connect to xbox live or play games

    Having similar problems but my xbox starts normally signs in normally but when I try to launch a game it launches only up to the point where the game asks you to press menu and that's it it actually never goes past that even when I try to launch the apps
    it doesn't even loads just that round loading icon. Tried this on almost all my games but when I try to play a film blu ray or DVD it works fine.

    Well mine doesn't stop spinning after the game is loaded. It clearly is still spinning because when I put in a Blu-Ray DVD it makes the exact same noise as it does when I have the game in; the disc spinning. I have tested multiple games and the drive continues
    to spin on all of them no matter how long I have the game launched for. The strange part is when I boot up my Xbox One console the drive starts spinning right away before I even launch the game intended to boot. Any more information on this would be appreciated.

    Starting XBOX app on PC will automatically start the EA app as well

    Hi,

    EA games have to be launched directly via the EA in order to play them. If you launch them on the Xbox App, the EA app will need to run as well to launch the game. This is standard practice with PC launchers.

    For example I own Mass Effect purchased via Steam. But, even if I launch it with Steam, it still loads the EA app. In which case I just launch it from the EA app instead.
    Hi,

    yea I know. When I start a Ubisoft game via steam, the Ubisoft launcher starts. It does not start automatically the moment I start steam.

    However, for the XBOX app the EA launcher will start as soon as I start the xbox app, not once I start an EA game.

    Right now I don't even have an EA game installed (not via xbox, not outside of it). The EA app only starts if I open the XBOX app.
