Games not loading/IE app error

This morning I try launching IE and i get an error "we cant connect to the service right now. Try again in a little while.(0x80bb0001)" This app can not be reinstalled. Killer instinct is a complete black screen but audio works fine. Fifa 14 can not load
my profile and it cant save either. Bf 4 loads up with the initial start up screen(when you first purchase the game). It seems as though I'm not able to connect to the cloud and all my saved data is no longer there. Including my apps! I tried removing my gamertag
but same problems continue.i tried power cycling the console and nothing. I hit a brick wall at this point and ran out of options to try. none of my previous saved data is loading and i cant save new data at the same time.!!reall need some assistance here!

Xbox One blu ray playback quality

The XB1 is a damn fine Blu-ray player IMO, quick to load and quieter in operation than my LG BD Player.

It did have some issues (ie lip-sync errors) but there have been constant updates to the app since launch and it is now just about perfect.

 

Amazon Prime Video App not working

The Amazon Prime Video app is not loading on my Xbox One X. For a week it was loading but any video stuttered and crashed the app. Now it’s not opening at all and showing the error code 0x80073cf6. After searching for the error code on the support page nothing
comes up.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. That did not help.

 

Power cycle the local network's router as well as the console. Do both now and let us know how you get on.

 

Also, make sure you are doing a full power cycle (as per here:
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and not simply turning the console off and on.

 

I'm getting the same thing for IE now. Really getting sick of Xbox issues

 

Also none of my game saves were loading.

Fix: delete profile then re-download it. Typical Microsoft BS

 

I'm having the same issue with Internet Explorer and with all my games. I have tried a full power cycle, i've unplugged everything connected to the Xbox and i've deleted and re-added my profile. Now it's crashing when i open My Games and Apps. I'm at a loss
at this point so if anyone has any suggestions..?

 

So after power cycling, unplugging everything, deleting and re-adding live profile and uninstalling/reinstalling games, the solution seems to be restoring to factory settings.

 

Hi I have the same problem is hopeless in a product at this price.

yesterday not loaded games, forza 5 will not finish updating, was here when the problem began.

I downloaded the game after the course of MAX ... free for gold...

as it did not work uninstall and install again, are 3 GB! the second time either

starts, just as must appear the game menu, it goes to the start menu of the xbox.

internet explorer does not work. disaster!

you've reset all the factory? has worked for you?

there are many updates, I'll throw one month reconfiguring everything.

0x87c40000 from profiles..

0x80bb0001 from services..

Hi I am trying to solve the issue before reinstalling everything.

The problem I think is the type of network. check that the NAT network is normal, open.

because after an update may changed the security network.

NAT must be open and appears Strict or moderate NAT.

NAT appears Strict, this is my case, I'm in it to see if the issue is solved.

Because the xbox 1 is literally one of the worst consoles ever created. Amazing how bad MS are at their jobs when the 360 was so good.
