Games not loading, can't search in Store

I don't know what's going on. I have been playing Borderlands 3 and ESO lately, suddenly today nothing will load. In Borderlands, I can get through the painfully long initial load, click "play", then a few seconds after, it boots me all the way out of the game and back to my homescreen. I tried clicking "view game in store", but even the store page comes up blank, and I get no results when using search feature in store, for anything I search. I've unplugged xbox, even cleared my router cache. After four times, I decided to stop and play ESO, only to get an Internal Error screen repeatedly. My xbox One has never had an issue, and is well maintained. Is anyone else having these issues? This is very frustrating. I can use other apps and games no problem.

As of the moment there is an on-going service alert which is why you're experiencing the said issue. Don't worry because there is no problem with your account and this is already being worked on.

I’m having almost the same issue every time I try to get into Vanguard it says the person who bought this needs to sign in but I’m signed then I open troubleshooting that’s not helping me and I try to open the Microsoft store and nothings coming up. I tried another game that I digitally download and that also won’t work

Unfortunately I don't believe that game is available in Slovakia, as I can't find it in the store in that region. I'm not sure if it is available physically in that region, either.

EDIT: I thought I had it there for a second, but it turns out it disappeared right after the page loaded and was replaced with Revengence. It kept trying to load the US store (where I'm located) every time I ran a search. But when I ran the search on the
Slovakia page, it seems that the HD collection isn't available still.

I just did a quick search in the games store on the xbox one, And I'm showing Shadow of Mordor pre order edition. You may want to manually type that in the search within the games store section. Once purchased you will then be able to pre-load it.

What is the actual name of the app? searching for the game on the Play store just brings up a load of unofficial GTA apps.
