Games not launching following moving house

Hi, my Xbox One is not launching several games following moving house. I have a new router in the house that is wired to the Xbox and i have no problems playing most games but some gamed like Subnautica and all Forza Horizons are refusing to launch. I can
get as far as the start screen but not into the game. Going offline makes no difference.

It thought it might be that the router had no UPnP which is what I will be trying next but as they don't work offline I'm not sure so i thought I would ask here.

have you tried uninstalling any of the games and downloading them again? can you make the xbox the dmz on your router as a test as well?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Not tried making the Xbox the dmz. Can you explain please?

try doing a power cycle: hold power button for 30 seconds and try again or reinstall the games again.

Hmm, in that case, have you tried a hard reset?

Hold the power button for 10 seconds then press it again to reboot the system.

Do you have any outstanding updates for the game.

Also do you own the games or play on games pass - has your games pass expired.

I often have trouble launching Forza but keep trying and eventually it launches
