    Games not installing after purchase


    Hi, I have this issue from a long time now and it seems it's only me as I haven't see anyone else reporting it.

    I usually buy games at the Microsoft Store using my laptop rather than the one in the console (easy-to-use). But what I have noticed is that those games or dlc do not get installed directly to my console unless I press the "Install" and chose my Console from the list (when is a play anywhere between my Xbox or my Laptop or when is a normal game only the Xbox shows up, as normal).

    This also happens to the Marketplace (X360) the games on that console in fact goes to the queue but on the One no, it even takes some minutes and some refreshs of the my games app to see them in ready to install.

    The instant on, allow external downloads, etc is turned on, so there should not be a problem to not put the games at least in queue on my Xbox One X Alpha Skip Ahead console.

    I want to submit a report but not sure to which "section" belongs?

    Xbox Games with Gold

    To get the games with gold you have to "purchase" them trough the store or website. They will apear in the ready to install section after that, if you decide to not install them directly after the "purchase" or after deleting them.

    If your balance is still there it means that you were not able to purchase the game successfully yet. Please proceed in purchasing it after installation.

    I was just able to choose the purchase option again and it allowed me to. Did not double charge my bank account and did not download anything extra since it was already downloaded. Also git the confirmation email from microsoft. What a head ache. Hopefully
    another charge won’t show up on my account. Also, the live status page is showing issues for billing and purchases but details say its for game pass. Hope they notice this issue going on as well. Good luck to eveyone.
