Games not downloading on an Xbox Console (original title "How to raise a formal complaint")

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Given the problem you're having and the solutions you've tried to solve the problem, I would suggest you try the solutions below if you haven't already tried them.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Network Settings.

Select DNS Settings.

Select Manual and enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

Solution 4:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

- Select the option to keep your games and apps so that they are not deleted, make sure you know your email and password as they will be removed from the console and you will need to add them again.

Solution 5:

Try updating your console offline by following the instructions in the article below.

What game ar you trying to download please list all this info

Actual region

Store region

Language

Content including type like xbox 360 BC or xbox one xbox arcade etc

Device

Speedtest.net test result picture

Still same issue, no movement on download at all.

How do I raise a complaint?

I have submitted a refund request but it was denied due to being outside the refund window. I preordered it and then my baby arrived 12 weeks early so I have only just got around to switching the console on.

If you can't help can you give me an email to raise a formal complaint?
