    Games not downloading Error Code: 0x8007045


    I have been frustrated for 3 days now. I try to download my games to the new XB1X that we have. They will start then stop after a few minutes.. I have followed all of your trouble shooting steps until all my hair fell out then did extensive trouble shooting
    on my home network and internet connection. Suffice as to say, my stuff ain't broke. All my online games run fine. Yes, I did download a few when we got it the other night with no issues at all. I checked the status of XBLive and it said there were issues
    with game downloads 2 days ago. Now it says everything's clear and the issue still exists. I'm getting pretty frustrated and I'm considering just taking it back and getting my money back. And no my ISP does not throttle anyone. I used to work for them and
    still have contacts in the headend.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Hi LazyLight678169! This error code appears when:

    - The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live;

    - The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console;

    - The game disc is not in the console.
