Games not displaying offline

Since the Nov. 14 update my downloaded games do not display in games and apps, They also do not show when I go into storage and look to see what is on the hdd.

If I search for one of my games, it finds it and can play but still doesn't display in games and apps. This is a new xbox one setup and have tried on two different systems, both are set as my home xbox and different accts.

All show when online.

Still not showing after hard reset.. Booted back up to you need the internet for this error, hit cancel, went to home screen and nothing

different profiles on each machine, will try hard reset and let you know

No sure exactly what you are saying but you can only have the same profile set as the home Xbox on one console at a time.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
