GAMES NOT DISPLAYED ON HOME SCREEN

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Is this an error that pops up on the startup of the Xbox? You may want to try out a soft factory reset.
Note - This will not remove your games or apps to from the console. You will however, have to re sign into your accounts with email and password.

Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds. Plug in your console and turn it on by
Holding down the Controller Sync button AND the Power button only. This should power on your console on the Troubleshooting screen. From here you can select Reset console, and then Reset and keep my games and apps.

There is no way to get rid of the advertisements on your home screen. If you highlight an ad, press the menu button on your controller then click on show me less. But you can't do this on every ad. The only thing you can do is make tiles transparent
and not to pin games to the home screen.

You do realize if I click delete all it's going to delete all my games I have to start all over again if that's what you're telling me to do two of these games like I said I put a lot of money into the games once you delete all the games you don't get that back that's content that I bought for the games like shark cards for GTA Gold packs for Red Dead you don't get that back when you delete your games it's like you're starting fresh if that's what you mean by deleting literally everything but ok when this first happened two weeks ago I did a factory I did a reset on my box and everything was okay for a few weeks until now but I did keep my games on

So you're telling me to delete everything I only have nine games because of all this happening and two of the games I put a lot of money into so if I delete them I literally have to start all over and starting all over on these games is not easy I would lose all the money that I put into them and I won't be able to make it to where I am now I highly doubt it's the games that are causing the issue I've had these particular games on my system for like 8 months now what do you mean use the console without plugging any external storage passkey yeah

@NECROM, when you say Titanfall and BF won't go past the home screen, do you mean the Home screen for the CONSOLE, the initial "splash" screen for the game (basically, quitting back to the home screen right after loading) or the main menu screen for the
game?

For those particular issues, I would recommend a hard power cycle of the console (hold the "Nexus" power light on the console for 8-10 seconds, then wait until the power brick turns orange, then start back up again.) I personally experienced an issue last
night with a game loading the splash screen, then immediately returning to the home screen, and a hard reset fixed it.
